Phyllis Jewelry (1946-early 1960s). Phyllis Jewelry was founded in Rhode Island, New York in 1946. The company created pieces of sterling silver or gold plating on a metal alloy base. Many of the pieces were influenced by the Art Deco period using an abundance of crystal and rhinestones.
