NOTE

Tiny pearl cluster flower brooch in the form of a stylised gardenia. Such arrangements of faux seed pearls known as 'tapestry beadwork' were created using a technique typical of Miriam Haskell?s signature look. Seed beads or pearls strung on thin wire were hand-threaded onto a metal base so as to cover it completely, producing this identifiable 'tapestry' effect.
