NOTE

Elaborate rhomboid brooch displaying a characteristic Haskell filigree backing. Ornate filigree backings can be found in Miriam Haskell jewelry after World War II. These parts were bought from manufacturers in France and Rhode Island and often plated using a somewhat unsophisticated coating technique at the Unida Plating of Providence, Rhode Island.
