Sandor jewelry was founded by Sandor Goldberger in 1938 in New York City. Beatrice Grace McGowan was the head designer until the late 1950s.
The company is most known for McGowan’s beautiful floral designs: delicate flowers, lush bouquets or branches of swollen buds. Pieces were designed using base metals, sterling silver, silver or gold plating with embellishments such as high-quality enamel, rhinestones, mother of pearl and faux pearls.
